Hi, I'm Claudia Neal-Shaw

And I've made a habit of breaking rules and rewriting my own rules to success.

When I left school, I wanted to be an actress or a lawyer.

I chose law because Elle Woods sold me the dream of what it could look like to be a powerful woman in a traditional, outdated industry.

There was a little more to it than that I soon discovered if I was going to find a career I loved, I needed to build it myself.

My law/marketing combo degree held me in good stead as I travelled to Asia and the US to get as much work experience as I could.

Over the last 10 years, I've worked across media, comms, law, health, and consulting with major wins and lessons.

I'm the eldest of a 5-kid Brady Bunch family (heavy on the girl gang) and have made it my mission to elevate the voices of women all over the world.

The way to my heart is an almond cappuccino and a beach sunrise. Oh, and the Spice Girls.
